    Too, too funny. Only in Amsterdam! You can smoke a joint, show your boobs in public, find pleasure in the Red Light District, but you can’t ride your bicycle in the incorrect way!

    In Paris, people ride their scooters and motorbikes on the pavement,right in front of the police and I have never seen anyone get fined. BUT if a kids decides to go play on the grass in a park, there are at least two or three officious looking characters that pop out of nowhere and whistle them off, as the grass in a park is there to be looked at, not to play on.
    Guess every country has their own set of standards….
